Plenty of people leave Malawi and keep building a life here — a plot, a house, a business, a family they support. Doing that from another country is genuinely hard. You cannot walk the plot. You cannot meet the seller. You cannot tell whether the foundation went in last month or last year.
We do those things on your behalf, and we document them so you are not asked to take our word for it.
How we work
We act as your agent, not as a broker with our own stock to sell. We bring you options and you choose. We hold no interest in which plot you buy or which builder you use, beyond wanting the purchase to be sound.
Every request has an assigned officer, a photographic record, and a transaction ledger showing what came in, what went out, and what it bought.
What we are not
We are not a bank and we are not a money transfer service. We are not a law firm, and for a land transfer you should take your own legal advice. Where something falls outside what we can properly do, we will say so.
